Got lost (in the best way) at VivoCity and didn’t want to leave

I swear I only went to VivoCity for a snack. A snack! Next thing I knew, I was deep in a spiral of escalators, boutique cafés, giant H&M hauls, and spontaneous rooftop lounging sessions. That place is a maze—in the most magical, wallet-lightening kind of way.At some point I blinked and I was knee-deep in a Muji stationery aisle, then immediately lured by the scent of laksa into a basement food court I didn’t even know existed. It felt like Narnia but with more bubble tea and better air-conditioning. I even found myself watching Sentosa cable cars drift by like they were part of a rom-com montage I didn't know I was in.No lie, I made friends with a fellow lost shopper (bonded over which escalator we thought led to Uniqlo), and we ended up comparing hotpot spots. The energy, the chaos, the completely unnecessary-but-glorious purchases—it was a whole vibe. VivoCity wasn’t just a mall. That day, it was the adventure I didn’t know I needed. 10/10 would get lost again.
